Recording Activities

The Educational Technology Services Centre (ETSC) supports the recording of lectures and academic events by managing audio-visual equipment, assisting faculty, and ensuring high-quality recordings. It also handles the organisation and delivery of recorded content for teaching and archival use. Recording requests must be submitted at least one week in advance, and booking is confirmed only after follow-up via email or phone.

The regular working hours of the AV staff are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Any event scheduled beyond these hours may require the organising committee to provide an honorarium to the staff, as per the institute norms.
