Q1. How to Sign Up for Adobe:
IIT Delhi has subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud licences for all active faculty, staff, and students. "Adobe Creative Cloud" refers to a subscription plan that includes access to all major Adobe Products, such as Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom. It includes the desktop version of the latest Adobe applications, which users can install across multiple devices, including PCs, Macs, Android tablets, Android phones, iPad, and iPhone. When you have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, it includes the most up-to-date version of the applications.

Q2. How to manage all Adobe applications:
You are recommended to download the Adobe CC application, from where you can download and manage all the applications.

Q3. How much cloud storage does each user get in Adobe?
Each user gets 100GB of cloud storage across all Adobe applications. You can manage the storage space from the Adobe CC app.
Q4. I am still not able to access Adobe with the above instructions:

Q5. Will my Adobe account continue after I pass out?
Adobe accounts shall remain active for 2 months. Please back up all your data. After that, these licences will be allocated to the new student batch.
Q1. I cannot log in to Moodle/ Not able to see the courses:
Please make sure to log in with Username: Kerberos ID; Password: Kerberos password. Please don’t put the mail address in the username.
Q2. Not able to see the course content.
There are two Moodle running at IITD: moodle.iitd.ac.in and moodlenew.iitd.ac.in. Please confirm the Moodle version with the course instructor to view the course content.
Q3. I cannot see a particular course
Please mail the course code to request the course addition to: moodlehelp.iitd.ac.in
Q4. User activity logs.
All users' activity logs, including their IP addresses, are tracked and can be shared with the course instructor upon request. Students should refrain from using any unfair means in class activities to maintain academic integrity.
Q5. Course merger request.
Please mail the course codes to request the course merger to: moodlehelp.iitd.ac.in
Q6. Plugin Request and Backend data request.
These requests can be mailed to moodlehelp.iitd.ac.in, but given the ongoing semester exams, they may be shifted to weekends or the semester end.

Q3. I cannot log in to Turnitin after a long time
Please reset the password to log in.
Q4. I cannot ‘Add Class’ after logging in
Turnitin accounts are automatically locked if there is no login activity for 6 months, for security reasons. Please mail the request to: software@etsc.iitd.ac.in to reactivate the Turnitin account.
Q5. I want to delete the submitted document.
Please request ‘Permanent Deletion’ in class; it shall get deleted in 24 hours.
Q6. I am getting self-plagiarism.
You can exclude self-plag sources before downloading the similarity report.
Q7. AI content detection.
As per the current Turnitin subscription, AI content detection is not included.
Q8. Small, fragmented sources are appearing in the similarity report.
We suggest removing the formatting from your paper and resubmitting it.
